Refund policy

iApparel products are made to order. Because of this, returns or exchanges are not available. 

Bibles and decor are handcrafted. Due to the significant time and cost associated with creation, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. 

Refunds are only offered if an item arrives defective, or incorrect (due to manufacturing or shipping error). It is highly recommended that you select a shipping method that protects your package with insurance (when applicable).

To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the suspected issue. 

Sparkling Scriptures™ is not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers. It is highly recommended that you select a priority shipping method with insurance.
